Joe has over 30 years of business leadership and management expertise. Under Joe’s leadership, RK has tripled square feet managed, increased margins, decreased customer concentration and expanded geographically. He is the Founder of HLS Therapeutics (HLS:TSX) and CEO of Legere Pharmaceuticals. Joe received his BA and LLB from University of Western Ontario.
