James has 16 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management. As COO, he oversees RK’s network of 17 warehousing sites with nearly 400 employees. He is responsible for day-to-day planning and execution of RK’s high-value logistics services and client support nationwide, and has led some of the company’s most demanding projects. He has a master’s in supply chain management and operations from Michigan State University, is a Six Sigman Green Belt and is the designated representative for RK’s certified 3PL license from the California Board of Pharmacy.
