David brings over a decade of experience in accounting and financial management operations with growth companies in multiple industries. As RK’s CFO, he oversees back-office functions including accounting, financial planning and audit, HR, and IT. His portfolio also includes personnel structures, compensation and benefits, merger and acquisition integration, and treasury management. David has previously held financial management roles with PrePass, Payment Alliance International and TEC Equipment. He holds a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Oregon’s Lundquist College of Business.
